Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has stirred admiration online after a video showed her respectfully greeting veteran actors Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello, and Bukky Wright at a recent event in Lagos.
The stars were among celebrities who attended the Scar2Shine Emiralty Connect 1.0 event held at Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel.
In the viral clip circulating online, Mercy Aigbe was seen arriving late at the event venue. As she walked towards her seat, the actress paused to greet the veteran actors, who were seated together.
The gesture quickly attracted reactions from social media users, with many praising the actress for showing respect to her senior colleagues in the industry and for upholding Yoruba cultural values.
Reacting to the video, one user identified as Gracify wrote:
