TikToker and Instagram commentator Immunizer has been arraigned before the Samuel Ilori Magistrate Court in Ogba, Lagos, over allegations of cyberbullying and defamation involving Wunmi Aloba, the widow of late singer Mohbad.
According to reports, Immunizer was invited by the police and later detained on June 22, 2026. He was subsequently brought before the court to answer charges linked to content allegedly shared on his social media platforms.
The prosecution accused him of using his online channels to ridicule, malign, and expose Wunmi to public hatred, causing damage to her reputation.
Following his arraignment, the court granted him bail but ordered that he remain in custody until all bail conditions are met.
As part of the conditions, the court directed him to provide two sureties, each with evidence of a bank account balance of at least ₦700,000. One of the sureties must be a serving state civil servant, while the other must be a member of his family.
The court also ordered both sureties to present proof of up-to-date tax compliance before the bail requirements can be considered fulfilled.
The case has been adjourned pending further proceedings as legal actions continue.
