On Wednesday 23rd of Sept the nigerian Troops arrested suspected Boko Haram member, also including one of the Boko Haram kingpins in the area, who happen to be the ‘Amir’ of Bulakuri [See him above] during the operation the Nigerian troops rescued 241 women and children
