See The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG)'s Sacrifice Form That Has Got Everyone Talking

What manner does this? How can you be asking for money publicly from your members and you call it Sacrificial giving.. Isn't that sacrificial sin?

May God forgive any church doing this. But i don't think it's the Popular RCCG church everyone knows that did this. It's might be someone who just want to ruin the church's name. Who knows?
