Tope Alabi Under Fire For Criticising The Song Of A Fellow Gospel Artist Publicly.

After criticizing the music of another gospel musician, Tope Alabi has received abuse on social media.

The popular gospel musician rebuked a term used by another gospel singer, Adeyinka Alaseyori, while praising God while ministering at a vigil in the early hours of June 12.

Tope publicly criticized Adeyinka for using the phrase "Oniduro" to represent God in one of her songs, alleging that the Holy Spirit did not approve of the term being used to depict God.

She stated that as she attempted to sing the hymn, the Holy Spirit admonished her.

Tope Alabi might have phoned the singer privately or handled the matter better, according to viewers, and she was chastised for it.

Some accused her of being envious, while others claimed she didn't want another singer to succeed her.

Some, such as television personality Morayo Brown, defended her, claiming that no one is immune to making mistakes.
