Nollywood actress Regina Daniels caught the attention of many in a new video where she appeared in a veil resembling that of a Niqobite, sparking curiosity among fans. The video, filmed at Wuse Market in Abuja, showed Regina celebrating the beginning of Ramadan alongside Muslims on March 11th, 2024.
As Ramadan commences, Muslims worldwide embark on a 29-30 day fasting period, as mandated by Allah. However, what surprised many was Regina Daniels' presence at the market, donning a veil and glasses despite being known as a Christian.
In the video, Regina interacted with locals selling various items, including local drinks and snacks, while revealing her face underneath the veil. Despite her attempt to remain incognito, she was eventually recognized and engaged with the market vendors.
Regina accompanied the video with a caption expressing her enjoyment of the market experience and extending Ramadan greetings to her Muslim followers. Her unexpected appearance has led to speculation and raised questions about her religious beliefs and practices.
In her caption, Regina wrote, "I had a really good time at the market 😁.. the plan was not to be recognized but I dunno how they ganged up on me and made me take out my veil 😁… Afterwards, I enjoyed myself. Happy Ramadan to my Muslim fam ❤️."
