Nollywood actress Biola Adebayo has expressed heartfelt gratitude to her colleagues for their overwhelming support during her mother’s burial ceremony.
Taking to her social media page, the grieving actress shared photos from the event, thanking everyone who turned up despite the short notice. She urged her fans to tag those who attended on her behalf, emphasizing how much their presence meant to her.
"Please tag whoever you know and say thank you on my behalf 🙏🙏. Despite the short notice, they all turned up for me. I’m grateful for the love," she wrote.
Earlier, Biola Adebayo also appreciated her friends and industry colleagues who joined her for her mother’s 8th-day Firdaus prayer. The event was attended by several Nollywood stars, including Odunlade Adekola, Toyin Afolayan (Lola Idije), Folorunsho Adeola, Regina Chukwu, Bimbo Afolayan, Allwell Ademola, and Kazim Adeoti.
Still mourning the loss of her beloved mother, the actress admitted that her heart remains heavy. However, she finds comfort in the support she has received from friends, family, and well-wishers who have stood by her emotionally, physically, and financially.
"MY HEART IS HEAVY BUT AT THE SAME TIME, I AM GRATEFUL FOR A LIFE WELL SPENT AND FOR THE GIFT OF GOOD PEOPLE AROUND ME.
