Shan George stated some of her colleagues she follows on the photo and video sharing app follow her with their fan page rather than their official page in a post uploaded on her Instagram story.

Shan George believes that celebrity status fades, but love for others endures; as a result, she tells her coworkers to love themselves because it will not kill them.
