During the 2022 Experience last night, the senior pastor of House on the Rock Church, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, observed a moment of silence for the late gospel singer, Sammie Okposo.
Sammie Okopos died on Friday, November 25, 2022, according to reports. According to reports, the Welu Welu crooner, 51, passed away while sleeping.
Adefarasin asked the congregation to stand for a minute during the 2022 Experience at Tafa Balewa Square in Lagos to observe a moment of silence for Sammie Okposo.
He said:
"And I like you to stand with me for one minute as we observe a moment of silence for a legend in gospel music who passed away about a week ago. I speak of a man who graced this platform many times over the last seventeen years but who has traversed the span of life and has entered the golden gates of glory… non-other than minister Sammie Okposo of blessed memory".
While Adefarasin was speaking, videos of the late singer's previous performances were shown.
